Overview

In Springtail, an organization encompasses all associated users and accounts. Within each organization, instances are organized into accounts, and each account is accessible by a designated group of users. The Organization settings page allows you to manage users, accounts, and more.

To access the settings for an account:

  1. Select the account from the dropdown at the top of the left navigation bar.

  2. Click on Settings below the account selection.

User management

In the User Management section, you can add or remove users for a specific account. To remove users from the account, just click the Remove button on the line they are listed.

Adding users

To add users who are already part of the organization:

  1. Click the Add Users button.

  2. Select the user you want to add from the dropdown.

If you don’t see the user listed, ensure they have been added to the organization and have accepted the invitation to join.

Removing Users

To remove a user from the account:

  1. Locate the user in the list.

  2. Click the Remove button next to their name.
